Surgeries are informal drop-in sessions where you can come and speak to me about the issues that matter to you.

On a daily basis I deal with a vast range of issues: from national policy questions to localised issues in the Far North.
As an MP, I can help raise the profile of an issue with the government and use other levers to accelerate action.

It is worth noting that I often lack the power to act on certain issues as these powers lie with the Scottish Parliament rather than the UK Parliament. Nonetheless, I will do my best to take appropriate action and to signpoint constituents.
